Aesthetic Discourse
Aesthetic Discourse is imaginative writing. It requires writers to be unique and express ideas through poetry, fiction, drama, screenplays, and creative non-fiction. This writing allows me to expand my thoughts and express ideas which could be seen as unrealistic or “made-up,” but at the same time, allows me to display themes and emotions which may benefit not only myself, but my community as well.

I agree with your definition of Aesthetic writing. You include both the self reflective and society oriented qualities of aesthetic discourse, and your examples help make the definition more understandable. Adding a sentense or two about what you think of this subdivision would probably help you gain that A+ you want.

Again, great job with the examples. Readers could always use those. Maybe you should write something about songs. When people usually hear that aesthetic discourse could be songs, they get suprised. But this is good.
